Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your gear arrives faulty, incorrect, or does not match the agreed design or confirmed compatibility, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we accept returns provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. (This fee covers non-refundable merchant transaction fees, inspection labour, and re-packaging costs.)
